CNIS Customer Satisfaction Measurement Center

CNIS Customer Satisfaction Measurement Center is approved by AQSIQ, and co-established by CNIS and Tsinghua University. The Center is one of the third-party Customer Satisfaction Measurement authorities in China.

The Center has developed China Customer Satisfaction Index (CCSI?) Measurement System, international advanced data collection system and specialized data analysis software; and for 7 consecutive years, it has conducted customer satisfaction index measurement for the state, industries and enterprises, provided the enterprises with industrial analysis reports on customer satisfaction as well as consulting services, and technically supported the third-party measurement for government quality awards and brand evaluation.

At present, its customer satisfaction measurement involves more than 60 industries and more than 800 enterprises/brands, more than 600,000 entries of customer satisfaction information records, and issues more than 30 million copies of Chinese Satisfaction Manual.
