Research on emergency handling standardization for food security: mainly including emergency handling regimes and systems for food security, rapid response mechanism for emergency and rapid handling technologies, research on reserve of technical standards; focus on standardization of management approaches and advance work plans for food security, organizing program determination, drafting, examination and approval of food security emergency handling standards in China.

Research on standardization for food source tracing and recall: including support technology for food source tracing and recall theory and standardization, processed food source tracing and recall standard system, information database criteria for food source and the information exchange standards; food recall classification principles and recall procedures, database and the establishment of information management systems of processed food and recall.
