National Standardization Technical Committee of Statistical Methods Application is the only national standardization technical organization on industrial application of statistics and statistical methods. Its basic application and standardization researches and works involves the following aspects: terms of statistics and statistical tables, processing and statistical interpretation of data, control of statistical workflow, sampling inspection, measurement methods and results, reliability assessment, six sigma management etc. The committee is responsible for developing and revising different level standards on application of statistical methods, and it works as the secretariat both for SAC/TC 21 responding to ISO/TC69 and for ISO/TC69/SC7.
