Areas of research in the field mainly include theories and practice on customer satisfaction , quality perception , consumer behavior and brand evaluation. It is preparing the National Technical Committee for Brand Assessment Standardization (mirroring ISO/TC231 Technical Committee) and is in charge of the routine operation and management of the Customer Satisfaction Assessment Center.
