The National Library of Standards has carried out numerous investigations on customer requirements since start of operation of its China Standards Service Network (www.cssn.net.cn) including the following:
ASTM International Standards Service Investigation (2004)
Standards Drafts Service Investigation (January 2006)
CSSN Customer Service Investigation (January 2006)
Online, email, post, fax and phone are all used in these investigations. The numerous informants included various industries. They have given us many practical suggestions for NLS' service. These results of investigation would guide the service scaling new heights.
